CCGC Winterguard Show Information

Winterguard rehearsal is every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:45 to 9:15 PM unless noted otherwise

The band/guard will be hosting their first California Color Guard Circuit (CCGC) show on Saturday January 17, 2009 at San Benito high school.

ARTISTS! We need your help designing the CCGC poster. Click here to download the flyer with all the details.

We need volunteers to help with activities the day of the show. If you can help, please contact Debbie Hamilton by e-mail.

We also need financial help. Click here to download a copy of the sponsor invitation letter that you can use to ask for donations. All donations are tax-deductible.

The Festival Committee has been meeting over the past two months planning the January 17th, 2009 show. Many sub-committee positions are filled, but we could still use some help with positions that are currently open. Perhaps you would like to assist with a committee that already has a chair. Please look over the lists and see if there is a way that you can help us with this important fundraiser which benefits all members of the Scarlet Regiment; band members and guard members alike.

Students Needed

Auditions will be held on November 13 for a singer for the National Anthem and a Shout-Out Announcer. Auditions are open to current band members only.
Artists are invited to enter a contest to design this year's promotional poster. The contest will be open to all SBHS students. Please watch for guidelines which will be announced soon.

Last year's show, our first in many years, was a very successful fundraiser for the Baler Band Boosters. We were also recognized by the California Color Guard Circuit as the "Best Show Host" for the 2008 season! Please join us in putting on a fantastic show in 2009!
